raspberry pi+android studio app

HI,

i have been working on my smack detection using sensors, in this project i should create a webserver and an android application, i have sucessufly created the webserver using "flask" but i'm still a biginner in android, so I did not know what to do exactly or what is the code that will allow me to receive sensor values in my app. 
NB: I have tried to convert my web server to an app, but it did not work for me, the app stopped 
can anyone help me please
